Hello, I’m Jacqueline Taylor, the Founder and CEO of Little Dreamers Early Learning Center. My heart for early childhood began long before a classroom ever existed. I have always believed that children grow best in environments where they feel safe, deeply seen, and truly valued for who they are. Little Dreamers was created from that belief, with the hope of building a place where children and families could experience warmth, care, and a genuine sense of belonging.

My passion is to create nurturing spaces that honor the whole child. I want children to wake up excited to learn, explore, and discover. I want families to feel like they have true partners who celebrate their child, support their growth, and walk alongside them during these foundational years. Whether it is through early literacy, hands on exploration, or helping children understand where food comes from in our gardening program, my goal is to connect learning to everyday life in ways that feel joyful and meaningful.

I also believe that the heart of a high quality early learning center is its team. Our teachers and staff are the backbone of Little Dreamers, and I am committed to creating a workplace where they feel supported, valued, and equipped. We focus on professional development, collaboration, and giving our educators the tools, training, and encouragement they need to thrive. When our team feels confident and cared for, they pour that same care into the children we serve.

I believe anyone can thrive in the right environment. That belief extends to children, families, and the educators who serve them. My work is to build a community where curiosity is encouraged, relationships are honored, and everyone feels like they belong.
