Meet the Team
Leaders of The Dream
Owner/ Founder
Jacqueline Taylor
My name is Jacqueline Taylor, and I am the Owner and Founder of Little Dreamers Early Learning Center. I founded Little Dreamers in 2015 with one mission: to provide exceptional care for children and their families. It brings me so much joy to see children thrive in healthy, safe environments, and I am incredibly grateful for how our small in-home facility has grown into a vibrant, thriving center, allowing us to support even more families in our community.

I am honored to be a 2023 LEAP Elevate Alumni and the 2025 ATHENAPowerLink recipient. My passion for growth and development drives my commitment to advancing the field of Early Childhood Education. I also proudly serve on the Board of the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health (MIAIMH) as Chair of the Early Childhood Development Committee. I believe in the power of collaboration and look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you and your family.

Program Director
Maria Robertson
Hello! I’m Maria Robertson, the Program Director at Little Dreamers Early Learning Center. My journey in early childhood education began nearly a decade ago when I was a new mom of three visiting a friend. What started as a part-time assistant position quickly grew into a lifelong passion for early childhood development. Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge, advanced in my role, and developed a deep commitment to creating nurturing and engaging learning environments for young children.
As Program Director, I oversee operations, program development, and educator support while ensuring that every child in our care receives a high-quality early learning experience. Beyond my daily responsibilities, I am passionate about advocating for children’s rights, building meaningful relationships with families, and empowering educators to reach their full potential. Connecting with families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where parents feel supported and involved in their child’s early learning journey.

I’m honored to be part of the Dream Team and excited to continue fostering a community where children, families, and educators thrive together!
